Posters:
Poster presentations should be prepared as a standard A0 page in the portrait orientation. Poster boards will be supplied as well as materials for mounting your posters.

All poster presenters are expected to give a 5-minute summary of their poster, please prepare beforehand as strict time limits will be enforced. There will be a one-hour Q&A session at the end of each poster session. Please ensure that you remain at your poster to answer questions and discuss your results with other delegates.
 
Oral Presentations:
All oral presenters will have 15 minutes for their presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions. Presenters are requested to upload their presentation file before their session commences and ensure that both the presentation and any other media contained therein such as videos work correctly. A person from the conference organizing team will be available to assist with the uploads.

Keynote speakers will have 25 minutes for their presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions. We request that all oral presentations adhere to the time limits which will be strictly enforced.
